Hamza Y. Anderoglu is graduate research assistant in the department of Teaching Learning and Culture and masters student in the Educational Psychology Foundations program with specialization in Learning, Development and Instruction. Anderoglu graduated from Istanbul University, Turkey with B.A. degree in Sociology and minor in Psychology. Anderoglu volunteered in counseling therapy sessions with paranoid and schizophrenic patients; he participated in the activity for four years and gained insight on how to deal with problematic patients. Anderoglu also volunteered in counseling former convicts and homicidal patients. He also worked as mentor where he was responsible from students' motivation in Istanbul Prep School Youth Foundation.
